3 classes of 3 hours for pregnant people and companions in 2 sessions. Live online via Zoom. Starting on April 29, 2023, at 9 am (Calgary time, AB, Canada). Classes in Portuguese. Facilitated by me, Nanda Santoro. Preparation for childbirth, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Practice of strategies and understanding of pharmacological and non-pharmacological resources that can be used during labor. Connection, movement, dance, art, and perinatal education.
